2. Return Timeframe
- Non-defective returns: Within 14 days of delivery
- Defective items: Within 14 days of delivery (proof required)

Important Requirements:

- Never worn or washed
- All original packaging and accessories (hangers, dust bags) must be included
4. Return Process
