1. Eligible Items

• Clearance/sale items, customized/altered products
• Opened intimate wear (underwear, socks)
• Personal hygiene items (earrings, rings)
• Items marked as "final sale" on product page

2. Return Timeframe

• Non-defective returns: Within 14 days of delivery
• Defective items: Within 14 days of delivery (proof required)

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

• Submit return request via website or email
• Include order number and reason for return
• Note: Unauthorized returns will not be processed

Step 2: Ship Item Back

• Ship within 7 days of authorization
• Use trackable shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Keep tracking number for reference

Step 3: Refund Processing

• Refund issued within 3 business days after inspection
• Restocking fee deducted if applicable

5. Shipping Responsibilities

• Non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping

7. Minor Imperfections

The following are considered normal and not eligible for return:

8. Chargeback Prevention Policy

8.1 Refund Conditions

• Refunds only issued after we receive and inspect returns
• Successful chargebacks without return will result in:
• Submission of delivery proof to payment processors
• Account suspension

8.2 Dispute Requirements

• Must first submit official return request
• Provide unboxing video showing:
• Package exterior with label
• Uninterrupted unpacking
• Clear defect footage
• Unauthorized chargebacks incur $25 processing fee

8.3 Fraud Prevention

• Verified fraudulent chargebacks will:
• Be added to industry blacklists
• Incur 30% penalty (minimum $50)
• Face potential legal consequences
• We work directly with payment networks to dispute invalid claims
